I’ve been following the fitness industry online over the last 7 years, I remember many of the big Youtube stars in their infancy & many of the top websites having followers you could count on one hand. A lot has changed, the industry has boomed for better and for worse. I’m worried that the worse side of things has been growing rapidly over the last couple years and I’ve set up Cecil Fitness to combat it.
My aim is to create the best fitness resource on the web & take you on a journey so that you can figure out how to adapt your lifestyle so your health & happiness are as optimal as possible. I’m going to talk to you about the real challenges faced when trying to work up to run your first 5km park run or your first marathon. The disciplines covered will be broad with the aim of showing you how you can balance all forms of exercise & nutrition with a social, working, family life, which for the masses is something that is often forgotten with other fitness websites.
My vow is to provide the most up to date and scientifically backed advice that has been proven to work.
